Cosmetic and Family Dentistry

We are delighted that you are considering our dental practice. Here is some information about your new patient visit.

At your first appointment, you will be asked to fill out  a health questionnaire.  This information is very important and is, of course, strictly confidential.

In order for us to give you the best advice concerning your dental health we need a complete set of recent X-rays. If your previous dentist has a set, please have them sent directly to us. If not, we will take a set during your first visit.

If you must change your visit please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We look forward to meeting you and hope that you will find our office a friendly place to receive dental treatment.
